03 / Before subscribing
You should be able to ask for context without weighing the cost of each query. Core and Astir include unlimited projects, vault items and queries for a flat rate. Costs from AI providers you configure are billed separately. Team and Enterprise are coming soon.
An agent can use relevant decisions instead of repeatedly including long chat histories in its input. Savings depend on the client, model, workload and whether the agent uses the memory tools. Published token-saving estimates do not guarantee savings or a lower flat-rate chat subscription bill.
The published policy retains your vault for 60 days after cancellation in case you return, then purges it. You can export a JSON copy from Settings → Export at any time. Account deletion is a separate action; review the privacy policy and terms for the full data lifecycle.
Becki's stated default is to keep existing subscribers at their signup price when list prices rise. If costs require repricing existing accounts, the published commitment is at least 60 days' notice and an option to lock in another year at the current rate before the change.
Memory processing and support have ongoing costs. A one-time payment cannot reliably cover them for years. Annual billing is the largest published discount. Core has no published annual price.
Enterprise proposes dedicated infrastructure with custom retention and redaction. Team and Enterprise are coming soon, not instantly provisioned services. Astir uses Becki's shared backend with account-level row isolation.
Becki does not sell your data or use it to train models. When you connect an AI provider to Astir, that provider's terms and your account settings govern the data you send. Local transcription stays on your device; configured cloud transcription sends audio to the selected provider.
